My standard shipping rates are in USD start from:

  • 6 USD for wallets and 10 USD for individual bags to the USA and Canada.

  • 6 USD for wallets and 11 USD for individual bags to Europe and the UK.

  • 9 USD for wallets and 13 USD to Australia, New Zealand, Israel and Asia.

These prices all include a tracking code to follow your parcel. Shipping prices will slightly increase when your order surpasses more than 0.3 kg. in weight.

Orders from the European Union will not have VAT charged through my website, so VAT will be due on delivery; please contact me before purchase if you wish to buy on a site where VAT will be charged at the time of your order.

I am unable to ship to Germany due to packaging laws; I apologize for the inconvenience.

Most orders from NataBurgosBags heading to the USA are shipped via LGA Mail Solutions (a private mail operator) using regular tracked mail service. For Canada and Australia I will use regular untracked mail service. Upgraded shipping options (DHL or Fedex Express Courier) are available at checkout.

I usually ship weekly (usually Mondays or Fridays), after I deliver your order, I will contact you with the tracking code information. Please keep in mind that most of the items displayed in the shop are carefully made to order in 3-6 working days: for larger orders I will take some more time (I will inform you in advance about this).

Mail sent from Colombia can take quite a bit of time to arrive, depending on your location. Packages within USA, Canada and Europe usually take between 2 to 6 weeks, being usually delivered on the 3rd week (in extremely rare occasions it can take up to 12 weeks), while packages to the rest of the world take between 3-8 weeks (in rare occasions it can take up to 12 weeks too). You can track your package using the Global Track and Trace website and also your local postal company (USPS in USA, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.)

The Express Courier option takes around 3 to 8 days to arrive. I highly recommend this option if you have a tight timeframe to receive your item.

Buyers outside of the US may be required to pay customs, duties or taxes, depending on your country's law & regulations (the USA limit is $800).

My shipping supplies are made from recycled cardboard & plastic when those items are available. Most items I sell will arrive in plastic sealer bags to proctect the items from moisture damage during transit, as well as cardboard envelopes or boxes to prevent damage in the mail. All of my boxes and bags are unbranded so you can reuse or recycle them - environmental impact is very important to me!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options include credit cards through PayPal, as well as regular PayPal payments. All prices are in USD; you can use this currency converter to get the approximate price in your currency.

cANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase and receive a full refund, except on custom orders designed especially for you. I will do my best to honour cancellation requests up until the time of shipping, but cannot guarantee them. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me first, within 7 days of receiving the order.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact me immediately so we can craft a solution. I will replace (when possible), repair or refund any purchases that do not arrive as described; the solution will depend on the details and, of course, on what you want to do.
